I would love to, but so far our attempts at reaching out to prominent figures in gamergate haven’t gone as well. I won’t name names but we have been snubbed by folks discussing it, either from the fact we’re a men’s rights related radio show or the suspicion that we’re feminist spies.
They probably think we have an agenda outside of helping people, but I can tell you that I don’t. Sometimes I feel that association with AVFM can be a detriment because it shuts down reasonable discussion out of people’s fear of angry men. But then that’s their own personal shit that they need to sort through.
I’d say that I’m a lot more neutral or open than some folks. We can have someone on the show that I may not agree with and I will still attempt to be civil.
So anyone reading this that may be heavily involved in gamergate should know that even if I don’t agree with them, I will attempt to be accommodating if they agree to be on the show.
